PhotoMask Printing Services
NCF has now started Photomask printing facility using the Heidelberg DWL66fs laser writing system. The requester need to provide us with the design file ready for printing. The file is converted and proof is sent to the requester. The details are as mentioned:
4 inch Mask Printing
Including 4 inch Chromium/Iron Oxide mask
Resolution (CD) : up to 2um
Price - $200(Internal User)/ $320(External User) - Includes conversion. Does not include shipping and designing
5 inch Mask Printing
Including 5 inch Chromium/Iron Oxide mask
Resolution (CD) : up to 2um
Price - $250(Internal User)/ $400(External User) - Includes conversion. Does not include shipping and designing.
